Mini-Beltane 2021: A New Future

Attendance Requirements

Attendence at CMA's Mini-Beltane: A New Future will not require event registration, but a current CMA Membership (NON-REFUNDABLE) will still be required.

Great Works Proxy Forms

*current members only

The planned schedule is as follows:

11am: Gates open
12pm: Great Works meeting begins
At Meeting End: 30 mins break
After Break: Beltane ritual
After Ritual: One hour grace time to socialize and pack up
After Hour Grace: Gates close

Attendees will be expected to attend the meeting and ritual; we cannot safely accommodate a more open festival environment at this time.

Additional Information

Please bring your own chair and shade structure if you have one. Be aware that we may not have any water available at the land at that time, so be sure to bring your own for drinking as well as washing hands and dishes, etc. Please bring your own food; the microwave will be available for use, but there is no cold storage on the property anymore, so you will need to have your own ice chest. There is a possibility of a food trailer – we will update on that later.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate members staying overnight at the land for this event, unless they are required to be present for the meeting or ritual, are NOT physically able to make the drive both ways in one day, AND are fully vaccinated. Please contact with any questions or concerns.

If you are not able to attend, the meeting and ritual will be live-streamed as well. Proxies for voting at the meeting are also strongly encouraged.
