We have a lot of awesome entertainment heading our way this festival. From Drum Circle Workshops to talks about the O.T.O., to the amazingly talented band we have coming out, Beltane 2016 will be anything but boring!


WHAT ELSE?!
OPEN CAMPING: The Spirit Haven Ranch team has been hard at work making it easier for new festival attendees to attend Festivals! Including it's own fire pit now for staying warm at night!
NIGHTLY DRUM CIRCLES: Drumming is welcome everywhere on land, especially at the nightly Revel Fires (oh, just the 20ft bonfires we have out there) where dancers await your amazing beats!
FIRE DANCING: All fire performers/spinners/dancers are welcome to spin! The two-hour community service our festival attendees put in (we are a community-based non-profit) can be satisfied by the Fire Safety team... I mean, you already know how to safety if you spin fire!
MAYPOLE & MAY GAMES: We will have May Games, competitions of mind and body, and the winners will be crowned May King and Queen (and receive a free ticket to the next CMA Festival). Then, a Maypole ritual, celebrating summer and a legit maypole to dance and wrap!
RITUALS, CONCERT, WORKSHOPS, VENDOR'S ROW AND MORE!!!!!

Setup Crew Requests

The Setup Crew is responsible for the complete onsite preparation of Festival. They dedicate their time and energy in preparing our land and structures for everyone to enjoy festival! It's a tough job, and CMA Festivals would not be successful without them.
The Setup dates are Saturday, April 9 through Wednesday (before early entry), April 13, 2016. Entry to the property for setup will open on Friday, April 8, 2016, in order to allow for an early start the next day!!!
Please fill out the information HERE to request a spot on the Setup Crew. Requesting inclusion does not guarantee members are added to the setup list. Members who participate actively in setup will have their community service cards signed off by the Setup Manager or Ranch Manager.

General festival attendance requires a Membership to the Council of Magickal Arts. Membership is an amazing opportunity to join like-minded individuals in a community. It includes partaking in CMA business, voting for the Board of Directors, and other yearly Membership benefits.

CMA Members determined each adult Festival Attendee (unless otherwise specified) provide two hours of "community service", ranging from helping gather and set up wood for our Revel Fires, greeting other attendees at the gate, helping set up the stage for the concert, and so much more!

Your next step is registering for your Membership and your tickets. If you wish to vend during Beltane 2016, you may also request and register for that! Here are more details about registration:

  • Adult Membership ($26.25, includes handling fee).
  • Adult Admission Tickets (most members $78.75, includes handling fee).
  • Youth Tickets (two categories ages 0 through 12 are free, 13 through 17 are $42.50, includes handling fee).
  • Saturday through Sunday Admission ($42.50, includes handling fee).
  • Wednesday Early Entry, arriving the day before Festival ($26.25, includes handling fee).
  • Merchant/vending fee (starting at $21.00, includes handling fee).
