As the current Director of Finance, I have worked closely with the Board and with our comptroller to put a finance system in place that is in line with current GAP practices and have kept our spending in line.
We have an outside bookkeeper, which means that the people, who write the checks, are not the same people keeping the books.
In the next few months, CMA will refinance the property. We have already started the conversation and I want to finish the process.
I am committed to CMA and believe I have the necessary skills required to facilitate and secure the financial future of CMA. I humbly ask for your vote of confidence.
