EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CANDIDATES
Meet the Candidates Becoming a Candidate Serving as an Officer
Merideth Chaffin
So a year ago, I threw my hat in the ring to be your Executive Director. It has been a long and enlightening year. We've made a lot of progress towards refinancing the mortgage, towards greening our organization, towards networking with other Pagan groups in the surrounding areas. We've waded through some storms and made it out to the other side.
There's still a lot to do. We have several projects to finish on the land, a major Festival How To Document to finish out, the Accord to revamp and, as always, Beltane and Samhain. There is still work to be done in growing the membership and improving their overall involvement in all levels of the organization.
I have spent nearly 3 years on the board now; 2 years as AED and 1 year as ED. Prior to that, I served as lead rep for Brazos Valley. I have been a member of CMA for about 10 years.
I don't know about you, but I'm ready for another year.
