Communications requires a proactive manager that has the ability to motivate, involve and delegate responsibilities to others and to make decisions when required. CMA Communications currently oversees 2 websites, The Accord and participates with the DoR to manage the membership database and other areas of data control and security. The DoC is the point person for the corporation in public communication and marketing. I have the ability to respond and initiate publicity, marketing, communicate with the membership and the general public and motivate people on the behalf of CMA. CMA will promote our presence in the community, using the Accord, Media Services and Marketing and involving memebrship to facilitate CMA with no Drama and no ego, remembering CMA is a whole not an individual.
If the membership chooses to elect me I will continue to operate Corporate Office Services which is CMA's legal principal business office. I would appreciate your consideration for this position.

I am declaring for the position of Director of Communications (DOC). I have been an active member of CMA for over a year and served as staff for Beltaine 2007 and Samhain 2007 to the Director of Finance.
Previous experiences that I believe qualify me to hold the position of DOC include publishing newsletters and maintaining the website for a non-profit 501c organization. I was also active for five years in assisting with the ADA Celebration that occurs every July in San Antonio that is co-sponsored by several non-profit organizations in the area including the organization that I worked with.
I believe that I am a great listener and able to see the big picture as well as the details. I believe that the board as the member elected leaders for this organization needs to be balanced and have their spiritual needs met in order to lead the membership. If elected I would expect to work along side the other officers of the board as an integral member to grow, develop and protect CMA for our future.
