Subject: Call for Election Announce
Elections will be held for Director of Communications at our Beltaine Great Works meeting to fill the vacated position. Additionally several of our areas will hold elections for Area Representatives and Lead Area Representatives. You will be receiving ballots respective to your area with selections for your Area Representatives where appropriate. Please hold on to these or mail in your choices as no ballots will be given out at festival.
Candidates for Area Representative and Lead Representative for the
following areas will accepted until 12 February, 2008:
Brazos Valley
Central Texas
Coastal Bend
North Texas
San Antonio
Likewise candidates for Director of Communications will be accepted until 12 February, 2008.
Qualifications for candidates can be found in our Bylaws. Please refer to 4.14 for qualifications for candidacy.
