Job Description

The Director of Member Services (DMS) acts as the membership's primary point of contact with the Board of Directors. The DMS assists with membership questions and issues; accepts requests, comments, suggestions, and complaints from CMA members as well as inquiries from non-members who are interested in CMA membership. 

The DMS manages the designated campsite lease program and oversees membership and festival registration. The DMS also performs other duties as are assigned by the Board of Directors or authorized by the Executive Director.
