Director of Finance

Job Description

The Director of Finance (DF) acts as a Fiduciary Officer of the Corporation. The DF keeps records of finances, writes checks, receives all money paid to the Corporation, deposits all funds to the corporate accounts, ensures that tax returns are filed in a timely manner, and provides the Membership with semi-annual financial reports of the Corporation. 

The DF performs the duties carried out by the office of treasurer and any other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors or authorized by the Executive Director.
